Climate Change

Economic Development and its Effects on Society

The viewpoint of modern ecological civilization today comes from Chinese classical philosophy – Man and Nature are inextricably bound together. Nature always rebalances towards harmony whenever people break the balance with it. Lying in the Taklimakan Desert, Lop Nur, as a hinterland, was once the location of Ancient Loulan. However, the deterioration of the local climate turned the prosperous cities into uninhabitable wastelands. It showed modern humans a real example of how climate change impacted civilization.
