Doug Stanley – Executive Producer
Adding a new chapter to a long and successful career as a primetime television producer, multi-Emmy Award winner Doug Stanley is the visionary and architect behind the deeply talented team at Ridgeline Entertainment. He is best known for his seven years producing Discovery Channel’s global hit show Deadliest Catch, but has worked across all genres of television: reality, magazine-style, LIVE, documentary, competition, scripted and sports. During his 24-year career, he was directly involved with the creation of nearly 200 shows for many networks, including FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Country Music Television (CMT), MTV, VH1, and many others. In the past year alone, acting as a show-runner and executive producer, he delivered 34 episodes of new programming to national television. As Stanley puts it, he is “a visual storyteller who enjoys seeing the story pass through the lens.” Mr. Stanley has 8 Prime Time Emmy Awards nominations and has won two Prime Time Emmy Awards.
Todd Stanley – Producer/Cinematographer
Todd Stanley has been creating and producing television for nearly 20 years. He is often called on for difficult assignments that require someone with a cinematographer’s eye as well as a producer/director’s nose for story. For the last 12 years, Stanley has worked on Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch and during that time has received seven primetime Emmy Awards for his work on that global hit. Time and again, he has produced outstanding non-fiction television and has always delivered incredible images needed to make compelling stories come alive.
Steve Wright – Producer/Cinematographer
Winner of two primetime Emmy Awards for “outstanding cinematography,” Steve Wright has worked on many of cable television’s top shows, including Ice Road Truckers, Cathouse: The Series, Bering Sea Gold, Sons of Guns, Dirty Jobs, and Deadliest Catch. Known for his creative eye for cinematography, Wright has been called a true artist when it comes to capturing the much-needed scenes to deliver a successful television show, film, or documentary.
Mark Combellick – Director of Photography
Mark Combellick has been working in the entertainment industry as a cameraman for more than 15 years, pursuing his taste for adventure through the lens of his camera. His work has brought him all around the world, including Asia, Australia, Indonesia, and Russia where he has worked on popular television shows Ax Men, Finding Bigfoot, American Choppers, and the global hit Deadliest Catch. He has been director of photography for reality shows and documentaries on ESPN, History Channel, SyFy, MTV, NBC, and FOX to name a few. As a cameraman, Combellick’s style, professional, and eye for story are unmatched.
Ben Zupo – Cinematographer
The talents of Ben Zupo read like those of an entire production crew. The Emmy-Award winning cinematographer has successfully served in the television and film industries as a producer, story producer, field producer, cameraman, director of photography, cinematographer, and editor. He has worked on top hits such as Shark Wranglers, Ice Road Truckers, Deadliest Catch, and Black Gold. His most exciting passion in life is also something he does extremely well – capturing compelling stories through moving and still imagery.
Brian Bose – VP Content Development/Marketing Director
After nearly 10 years working as a newspaper reporter and editor where he earned several “Top Story of the Year” awards, Brian Bose took his writing talents into the marketing and public relations arenas. With a creative, AP-style of writing that transcends all industries, Bose runs highly successful marketing campaigns through eye-catching press releases, articles, blogs, electronic press kits (EPKs), website copy, social media outreach, and video and commercial scripts. While his colleagues at Ridgeline bring the story to life through moving imagery, Bose does it through the power of the written word and imagination.
Adam Dubov – Digital Producer/Media Strategist
A 2014 Digital Emmy Award winner for HBO’s globally popular Game of Thrones, Adam is a digital media executive with an extensive track record of achievement in motion pictures, television, entertainment marketing, and the Internet. For the past seven years, he has directed HBO’s online digital content strategy. Without question, Dubov sits at the intersection of technology and entertainment and knows exactly how to create rich and incredibly popular online destinations to help promote and market a show, film, or documentary.
